a 4 week journey in complimentary practices that can help you reduce stress and anxiety (from a girl that gets it too well!)


This week’s wellbeing practice is a guided grounding body scan. It is designed to help you reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and soften stress after (or in the midst of) a long shift or heavy week.



Why it works: Body scans activate your parasympathetic nervous system and allow your body to relax — even in just 5 minutes.

Whether you’re in scrubs, on a break, or lying down at home — this is yours.
