Yoga & Coaching Workshops for Professional Women

🌸 A 90-Minute Sanctuary to Reflect, move & plan 🌸

Special introductory offer: Only £23 (Limited to 5 spots!)

Have you ever felt disconnected from the seasons? Like one season moves into the next and you have the same habits, dreams and goals than the one before? Does your self-care look the same season after season?

I created the seasonal retreats to connect with the rhythms of nature, creating some space for movement and reflection.

Take 90 minutes for yourself to pause, breathe, and reset.

What You’ll Experience:
🧘 30 min Yoga, Meditation & Relaxation – Move gently, release tension, and reconnect with your body with a slow flow class. Every week there will be a different theme, not based on male bodies or supermodels, but on your real life experience (think pelvic floor, restorative time, somatic movement)
📝 30 min Journaling & Planning – Guided reflections and exercises that will tap into your wellbeing, making inventory of your present and future so that we can forget those photopcy-years that pass without us even noticing, too busy.

Who Is This For?
✔️ Self-employed women seeking structure & clarity in a more compassionate way
✔️ Employees & professionals who need time to be more intentional with their self-care
✔️ Mums & non-mums alike—this is for anyone who wants to carve out space for themselves, plan for the rest of the year ahead and reflect on what's behind us.
